Warranty Policy

For warranty replacements, please email us at the info@ratchetmobile.com and title the email "Warranty Replacement" and specific problem(s). Warranty replacements take approximately 1-2 weeks to process from the date of receipt. If the item out-of-stock on the item, we will replace it with an equivalent product or issue an in-store credit.

Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, or improper installation of product, or acts of nature. PLEASE NOTE: Installation of any of our products are at your own risk. Ratchet Mobile is not liable for any damages caused by our products. Damage(s) due to what Ratchet Mobile deems customer negligence is not covered under this warranty.
